These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate in the MarketCrony affiliate program ("Program"), operated by Cozain Consulting Limited ("we," "us," "our"), based in Abuja, Nigeria. By applying to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to apply. Applications are reviewed manually; we may approve, reject, or later suspend any affiliate at our discretion, including without providing a reason.

2. Your Affiliate Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when applying, including a real name and a working email address.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent these Terms, tier limits, or commission structures is prohibited.

3. How Commissions Work

3.1 Tracking

Each approved affiliate receives a unique tracking link per offer. A sale is attributed to you when a customer completes a purchase through your tracking link, verified independently through our payment processor (Paystack) — never from a click alone.

3.2 Commission Rates

Commission rates per offer are shown in your dashboard at the time of approval and may vary by offer or by affiliate tier. We may change commission rates for future sales at any time; rates already earned on completed sales are not affected retroactively.

3.3 When Commissions Are Reversed

A commission may be reversed, reduced, or cancelled if:

• The underlying sale is refunded, charged back, or disputed by the customer;
• The sale is later found to violate Section 5 (self-referral or fraudulent activity);
• The payment is found to be fraudulent or reversed by Paystack for any reason.

3.4 Payment of Commissions

Commissions are paid out to the bank details you provide in your dashboard, twice monthly — from the 14th and 28th of each month. A minimum payout threshold of ₦10,000 applies; any pending balance below this amount carries over to the next scheduled payout. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details; we are not liable for payments sent to incorrect details you provided.

4. Your Obligations as an Affiliate

• You will only refer genuine, real potential customers — not yourself, your own accounts, or anyone acting on your behalf to generate fake commissions.
• You will represent our offers honestly. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about any product, its results, or its price.
• You will not impersonate MarketCrony, Cozain Consulting Limited, or any of our products or brands, or suggest you are an employee unless that is true.
• You will comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws in any jurisdiction where you promote our offers, including Nigeria's Advertising Regulatory Council (ARCON) and Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) rules where applicable.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following will result in commission reversal and may result in immediate termination from the Program:

• Self-referral: using your own tracking link to purchase for yourself, a family member, or any account you control.
• Click fraud: artificially generating clicks or traffic through bots, scripts, incentivized clicking, or any automated means.
• Spam: promoting your tracking link through unsolicited email, comment spam, or any communication that violates Nigeria's applicable anti-spam or data protection rules.
• False advertising: making health, income, or outcome claims about our products that we have not authorized.
• Trademark or brand misuse: bidding on our brand name in paid search ads, or registering domains confusingly similar to ours.

6. Intellectual Property

Any marketing materials, images, or copy we provide remain our property and are licensed to you solely for promoting our offers under this Program. This license ends immediately if your affiliate status is terminated.

7. Term and Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any breach of these Terms, particularly Sections 4 and 5. Upon termination, any commission tied to activity that violated these Terms may be forfeited; legitimately earned, unpaid commissions for genuine sales remain payable per Section 3.4.

8. Disclaimers

The Program, tracking links, and dashboard are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific level of clicks, sales, or earnings. Past results of any affiliate are not a guarantee of future results for you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Cozain Consulting's total liability to you arising from the Program will not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
